First we agree upon a location (public park, walking trail, etc.). Then we walk, we talk, and we build resilience by planning ahead and facing what ever the weather throws our way.

My office is located inside of the Mountlake Church building. As you enter the building, you’ll notice a coffee shop to the far right. Just past the coffee bar is a door marked “Counseling”, which leads to a hallway that is shared by a number of therapists. Inside the hallway is a waiting area, where you are welcome to wait until the start of your session.
